What worked yesterday might be obsolete tomorrow due to competition, market shifts, or evolving business models. The art lies in managing risk as a tool for growth.

Product work, at its core, helps the business take smart, intentional bets. This means defining what I think of as the minimum effective depth, learning just enough to take action without getting stuck. Each bet is designed to generate learning and real data about how the market is shifting, how customer needs evolve, and where our leverage truly lives.
