Small Business Banking
Founding member of the product organization (overseeing customer CX), scaling from 5 to 5,000 people while simultaneously defining the problem, aligning legal and risk partners around ambiguous regulatory guidance, and shipping a compliant end-to-end loan origination and forgiveness platform in under 100 days. Conducted 100s of ethnographic interviews with small business principals to develop targeted personas and validate solutions in real-time, reducing origination errors by 80%. Delivered $1.24B in PPP loans preserving 140k jobs. In parallel, drove $6M in operational savings through digital self-service enhancements proving that velocity and quality don’t have to be trade-offs.
